ANDERSON: Bryon Lee Naylor, 47 of Anderson and formerly of Elwood
died Thursday, November 10, 2016 at home after an extended illness.
Bryon was born in Elwood, IN on Dec. 24, 1968 and was the son of Harry W. and Virginia (Cogan) Naylor. On Oct. 2, 2015 he married Nancy (Whitworth) Naylor.
He had been a truck driver for various area trucking companies.
He was a member of By His Grace Ministry in Wilkinson.
Bryon enjoyed fishing and watching football. He was an avid New Orleans Saints fan.
Surviving is his wife Nancy, his children, Wes Naylor, Hailey (Austin) Brown, Faith Naylor, Zachary Jung, his sister, Lisa (LeeRoy) Brown, his brothers, W. Allen Swift, Loren Naylor, his uncle and aunts, Francis Naylor, Michael Naylor, Dennis Naylor and Pam Brown. He also survived by several nieces and nephews and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his parents, his grandparents, Irvin and Wilma Cogan, Roy Naylor and Violet Fiscus and a uncle, Roy Naylor, Jr.
Funeral services will be Wednesday, Nov. 16, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. in Whetsel Funeral Service, Alexandria with Lisa Brown-Swift officiating. Burial will follow in Elwood City Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home on Wednesday from 11:30 to 1:00 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to family to help with final expenses.
