.Janet E. Gowen, 80 of Alexandria died on Dec. 29, 2022 in Community Hospital after an extended illness.
Janet was bon on Aug. 9, 1942 in Anderson, Indiana and was the daughter of Connie and Deloris Mallott.
She had recently been a resident of the Summit Health and Living Center, Summitville.
Janet loved all kinds of animals and especially handicapped ones.
She is survived by her children, Matt, Brian and Lisa. Also surviving are several grandchildren.
Memorial donations may be made to the Madison County Human Society , 2219 Crystal St., Anderson, IN 46012.
The family has chosen to grief in private and no public services are planned.
