I was extremely saddened to hear of Jan’s passing. I had the pleasure of working with Jan during her term as Clerk Treasure. One thing I enjoyed each day was stopping in her office to just say hello, that hello would turn into a story about her kids or grandkids or just a conversation in general some serious some fun. Anyone that truly knew her knew that her kids, grandkids and family were most important to her along with her close friend(s) Marcia. I am certainly going to miss seeing her out and about in this small community that she had such a passion for, for so many years. Jan was a classy lady on this earth and as she entered into heaven I know that she carried that class with her. To her family I am very sorry for your loss at this time. Jan thank you for the times of conversation and encouragement. I am going to miss you my friend. Rest peacefully.
