ALEXANDRIA: Phyllis Joan Hartley, 96 of Alexandria died on Monday, May 20, 2019 in Bethany Pointe after an extended illness.
Phyllis was born in Summitville on Dec. 24, 1922 and was the daughter of Wilbur and Govabelle (Clem) Young. She married Harold Hartley on April 16, 1949.
She retired as a secretary in the Purchasing Dept. of Delco Remy-Anderson.
Phyllis is survived by several nieces and nephews and brother, Kaye Young.
A graveside service and burial will be held on Saturday, May 25, 2019 at 11:00 am in Park View Cemetery, Alexandria with Bud Whetsel officiating.
