Stephen K Johnson, 71 died Friday, Jan. 29, 2021 in Countryside Manor Health and Life Center, Anderson after an extended illness.
Stephen was the son of Claude F. and Dorothy A. (Schott) Johnson. He was born in Anderson, Indiana on Dec. 7, 1949.
He was a 1968 graduate of Alexandria-Monroe High School. After graduation he enlisted in the United States Army and was a veteran of the Vietnam War where he was awarded a Bronze Star and Purple Heart.
He is survived by his children, Craig R. Johnson, Anderson, Katie Johnson, Elwood and a granddaughter, Katie Johnson and his caretaker, Roland Van Horn.
He was preceded in death in death by his parents and a son, Lee Johnson.
Cremation was chosen and there will no public services.
