Tonya Lea Fuller, 69 of Alexandria died Saturday, Jan. 14, 2012 at the I.U. Medical Center, Indianapolis after an extended illness.
Tonya was born in Hartford City, IN on Jan. 18, 1942 and was the daughter of Alva C. and Alice (Miller) Boyer.
She was a graduate of Alexandria High School, class of 1960 and was a member of the Eagles Auxiliary in Alexandria. Tonya retired from Community Hospital in 2002.
Tonya always enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, especially the first Monday of the month luncheons with her high school classmates.
Surviving Tonya is her Son, Todd J. Fuller and his companion, Patty Keever of Anderson, her Sister, Susie (Danny) Johnson of Alexandria, two grandchildren, Trent J Fuller and Kelsey L. Fuller and one Great-grandchild, Lilith B. Fuller. She will be missed by her little dog Freddie.
She was preceded in death by her Parents and one Sister, Sally Patterson.
Funeral services will be Friday, Jan. 20, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. in Whetsel Funeral Service, Alexandria with Rev. Luke St. Clair officiating. Burial will follow in Park View Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home on Thursday, Jan. 19, 2012 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m.
