Dorothy M. Steup, 86 of Prattville, AL and a former area resident died July 25, 2012 at her residence after an extended illness.
Survivors include a son, Tom (Leslie) Forrest, two daughters, Janice Freiburger and Sue Hawkins and one sister, Sylvia Murtz. Also surviving are nine grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
Private interment will be in Gardens of Memory at the convenience of the family.
Whetsel Funeral Service, Alexandria is handling the local arrangements.
