Gunner Jennings-Woods

Gunner Jennings-Woods, age 10, passed away on Friday, June 26, 2026, with his humans by his side. He was a loyal and loving companion who brought joy, laughter, and unconditional love to his family.

Gunner was deeply loved by his parents, Taylor Jennings and Tyler Woods. He shared his home and heart with his dog siblings, Aspen and Atlas, and his cat sibling, Scout.

Gunner had a playful spirit and found happiness in the simple things, especially sticks and water bottles, which quickly became some of his favorite toys. He loved sunbathing, wrestling with Dad, giving Mom kisses, and running wild through the woods.

At the end of the day, Gunner’s favorite place to rest was right in the middle of the bed, with his head on his pillow, exactly where he knew he belonged.

Gunner also loved car rides and sharing chicken nuggets with his Gammaw, making memories that will be treasured forever.

He was the most loyal and loving dog, and his absence will be deeply felt by all who knew and loved him. Gunner’s love, personality, and sweet spirit will remain with his family always.

Private cremation arrangements have been entrusted to Faithful Friends Pet Cremation Service, 1503 South Park Avenue, Alexandria, Indiana.
