Larry R Massie, 73 of Summitville died unexpectantly on Wednesday, August 13, 2014.
Larry was born in Anderson, IN on April 14, 1941 and was the son of George T. and Lora Mae (Smith) Massie. On Aug. 3, 1963 he married Jonette (Cleaver) Massie.
Larry retired from General Motors on Jan. 1, 1998.
Surviving are his wife of 51 years, Jonetta, two sons, Gregory (Terri) Massie and Thomas (Christine) Massie both of Summitville, his daughter, Lisa (Kevin) Bangle of Summitville, two sisters, Dorothy Johnson of Alexandria and Linda Smith of Summitville. Also surviving are five grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Donald Massie.
In accordance with Larry’s wishes there will be no visitation or services held.
