Mark A. Elsworth, 77, of Alexandria, Indiana, passed away on March 17, 2026, at Community Hospital Anderson in Anderson, Indiana.

Mark was born on February 25, 1949, to Donnel and Lois Jean (Donaldson) Elsworth. He graduated from Wendell Willkie High School and later attended Ivy Tech Community College. He was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church and proudly served his country in the United States Army.

On October 3, 1980, Mark married Toni Swift Elsworth. He loved his wife immensely, and they shared many years together before Toni preceded him in death on May 25, 2025.

He held his pilot's license and enjoyed flying with his father in the plane they owned together. He also earned his realtor license, reflecting his ambition and wide range of interests.

His spirit lives on in his cherished children: his son, Sean A. (Kristi Naylor) Elsworth, and Sean's sons, Mathew and Jacob; and his daughter, Erika Ann Voris, who, together with her husband, Josh, lovingly embraced their blended family of six: Donna Hobbs, Roark Hobbs, Quinlin Hobbs, Ellie Hunter, Kyleigh Voris, and Elena Voris.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Donnel and Lois Jean Elsworth; his wife, Toni Elsworth; and his brother, Steve Elsworth.
